One Year Old!!!

Miss Elizabeth is going to be 1 YEAR OLD a week from today!! I cannot believe how the year has flown, and how different she is from the sleepy little baby we brought home last March. We thought for certain that her head would never regain a normal shape... poor thing; and i had my own ideas about the kind of baby that she was going to be. All I have to say is thank heavens for

"the Baby Whisperer". Jolie you are a saint!

Here are some fun things that Elizabeth is doing:

1. She loves cell phones. Anything with a rectangular shape she will hold up to her ear, rest on her shoulder, and say "ro". We think that means hello. Then, walk away while she is talking.

2. She is excellent at sharing. She will literally take the food out of her mouth when she realizes that she has something to snack on and you don't.

3.She is an obviously good eater and wants a bite of everything. She will come over and reach to you gesturing that she would like you to share. Then she'll take a bite, walk in a circle while she chews, and then ask for another.

4.She has learned to climb up and down the stairs and roams the entire house at her leisure.

5. She is so chatty! She talks LOUDLY in baby talk all day. She frequently comes up to me with a very inquisitive look on her face and ask me with perfect intonation "u ma na huh huh ra"? And then turns and walks away.
