This morning Elizabeth told me: "Mom, I am totally freakin' out! The brother just kicked!"I realize that we are not doing a very good job keeping you all updated on life, and the arrival of the boy :) So here is the latest:
I have been dilated to a 3 for almost 10days now with no more progression- very uncomfortable, quite annoyed. Friday I had a doctors appointment, hoping and praying for progress, but good/bad news instead. My blood pressure was through the roof, indicating late onset of pregnancy induced hypertension and risk for preclampsia (I had both with Elizabeth). So, where that should have been bad news... the GREAT news is that it is reason for a indicated induction- or induction for medical reasons. I am scheduled to be induced on THURSDAY the 28th, unless I go into labor on my own before then. I am actually happy about the whole thing... makes it easier to plan with the girls. With all the restrictions at the hospital, I was really worried since they won't be able to visit me. So baby boy will arrive no later than Thursday, HURRAY!
Elizabeth is very excited, Hailey has no clue but has been very clingy. I am not doing a nursery for the new peanut until I can manage to get the girls in the same bedroom. Luckily I bought their matching bedroom set over a year ago, it's just in boxes in the garage.
Other than that, we are all fine. I am still teaching dance and planning to teach Monday and Wednesday this week (as part of modified bed rest :). The girls are wonderful... aside from the winter colds that we cannot shake-- still. We woke this morning to 6 inches of snow, clearing out the NASTY inversion that has been plaguing us for weeks. Paul is busy, same old.
I'll post pics of the boy when he gets here! I am to deliver at the IMC. Hopefully I will have a better experience this time around!

YAY for baby boy!!! Can't wait to meet him!! Don't go into labor before Tues!! You need a girls night before you have this little one!!! BUT if you do, our girls night will be coming to see you at the hospital!! :) If you need ANY help with the girls, let me know!!!

That's so exciting! I think that's the same place I'll be delivering at if it's the one in Murray and I hate the fact that my kids can't visit! I've actually been induced with both of mine and it does make it so nice. I also had high blood pressure with Cameron but not until ON my due date so they had me go directly to the hospital to have the baby immediately. At least you have enough notice to have your bag ready. :) I guess I should have had it ready anyway... Can't wait to see your little soccer player. I love hearing all the cute things your kids say/do. I'm glad you're doing well even with the bed rest restrictions.
